How to care : Shoes
It is a custom-made product that is put into production immediately after the order is confirmed, and cancellation, return, or option change is not possible, so please purchase carefully.
[Before Ordering]
· For custom-made items, once the order is confirmed, it will be immediately put into production and may take approximately 14 days for production and delivery.

· After payment is completed, you can cancel while the status is 'Preparing for Shipment'.
· Please understand that cancellations or exchanges are not possible once the status changes to 'Preparing for Shipment'.
· Please note that minor scratches and lines on natural leather are not defects.
· Exchange or refund is not possible if the value of the product is compromised due to customer negligence (such as wrinkles, marks, tears caused by wearing).
· There may be a measurement error of 1-2cm depending on the measuring method.
[Handling Precautions]
· Exposure to moisture may cause color loss and staining on light-colored socks or feet due to the characteristics of natural materials.
· If leather gets wet from rain, snow, or moisture, please wipe it dry with a dry towel or soft cloth.
· Be cautious of deformation of leather during drying under direct sunlight or strong heat.
· When wearing light-colored items, be aware of color transfer from unwashed denim or raw denim.
· For suede or dyed leather products, there may be color transfer to light-colored garments, so please be cautious.
[How to Check Foot Size]
· Before purchasing the product, please check the length, width, and circumference of your feet and inquire accordingly.
· We recommend consulting with our customer service for a brief size consultation and recommendation for the most suitable size.
· The responsibility for selecting the size lies with the buyer, so please make your purchase carefully.
1) Foot Length - Measure the length from the tip of the big toe to the end of the heel with a thin pen and then measure the length between the two endpoints.
2) Foot Width - Measure the width from the bottom of the big toe to the bottom of the little toe with a thin pen and then measure the length between the two endpoints.
3) Foot Circumference - Use a ruler to measure around the central part of the foot where the foot bone protrudes.
